Our Newbury Park martial arts facility provides members with a professional training surface for reality-based training as well as safety. Jeet Kune Do and kickboxing students utilize the same types of tools and equipment that were used by the founder of JKD, the legendary Bruce Lee…such as the double-end bag (AKA “top-and-bottom” bag), kicking shields, various hanging targets, and a top-notch replica of the awesome JKD “mook jong,” or wooden dummy which Bruce Lee designed as a modification of the original wing chun wooden dummy.
Members can relax in our “cafe style” lobby with viewing windows and wide-screen TV monitor. Check out the history on our museum-like walls.
